Pour y participer vous devez maitriser la langue de Shakespeare : l’atelier se déroule en anglais !

A value proposition is not a slogan ! It is a promise of value to be delivered. It’s the primary reason a prospect should buy from you. In a nutshell, value proposition is a clear statement that

  • explains how your product solves customers’ problems or improves their situation (relevancy),
  • delivers specific benefits (quantified value),
  • tells the ideal customer why they should buy from you and not from the competition (unique differentiation).

The Value Proposition Canvas is a plug-in tool to the Business Model Canvas. It allows you to describe your Value Propositions and the target Customer Segments in more detail and evaluate the “fit” between the value you intend to create and the expectations your customers have.
The Value Proposition Canvas can be applied to new and existing value propositions and customer segments alike. In both cases it will help you structure your thinking and make your ideas more tangible.
The workshop will learn you how the Value Proposition Canvas can be a helpful and important tool for the development of your products and services.
The workshop is open to pre-starters, start-ups and already existing companies from West-Flanders, Wallonia and Hauts-de-France (Interreg area of the Protopitch 3.0 project).
